Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data is collected on athix.fr, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data collected

We collect the information you enter in our forms (and, only if you accept it, audience measurement and advertising data: see “Cookies”):

• Demo request: first name, last name, business e-mail, phone number (optional), company, type of business, expected number of users, specific needs (optional);
• Contact form: first name, last name, e-mail, phone number (optional), subject and message.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your request.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your request: to contact you, arrange a demo and present ATHIX to you. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is never sold, rented or used for any other purpose.

Recipients and processors

Your data is only accessible to the WISE IT CONSULTING team in charge of responding to you. It passes through our technical service providers, who are bound by confidentiality:

• Contabo GmbH (Welfenstrasse 22, 81541 Munich, Germany): hosting of the website and of the service that receives the forms;
• OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France): e-mail service through which your request is forwarded to us.

The website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (a Google service): in doing so, your browser sends your IP address to Google.

Retention period

Form submissions are not stored in a database: your request reaches us by e-mail. We keep it for no longer than 3 years after our last exchange and then delete it, unless a contractual relationship is entered into in the meantime.

Cookies, audience measurement and advertising

athix.fr sets no cookies without your consent. If you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure the site audience: pages viewed, where visits come from (search engine, social network…), device type, and submissions of the demo and contact forms. This processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google does not store your full IP address; data may be processed in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The _ga and _ga_* cookies are kept for no longer than 13 months.

If you accept the “Advertising” purpose, we also use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show ATHIX ads to people who have visited the site. The pixel sends Meta the pages viewed and form submissions (without their content: no name, e-mail or phone number). This processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); Meta is joint controller with us for the collection, and data may be processed in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The _fbp and _fbc cookies are kept for no longer than 3 months.

Your choice (consent or refusal) is remembered in your browser for 6 months. You can change it at any time: manage cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@athix.fr or to WISE IT CONSULTING, Résidence Decaux, 9 parc Talbot, 78130 Les Mureaux, France. We will respond within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
